90 Minute Reiki Session

Reiki is a non-invasive therapy, no pressure is applied to the body, but I will use my training to channel energy into your body to encourage healing and restore your wellbeing.

Many liken a Reiki experience to be deeply meditative; a release of stress and feeling of deep relaxation.

The use of essential oils and crystals will be a part of your Reiki session; crystals emit their own energies, and when partnered with essential oils, we can achieve healing: mind, body, and soul.
