Combo Session (Both Massage and Reiki)

The type of massage I offer is Focused Massage or otherwise known as Area-Specific Massage. I will target specific trigger points within a certain area of your body to relieve tension and muscle knots in the targeted area.

Reiki is a non-invasive therapy, no pressure is applied to the body, but I will use my training to channel energy into your body to encourage healing and restore your wellbeing. The use of essential oils and crystals will be a part of your Massage/Reiki session; crystals emit their own energies, and when partnered with essential oils, we can achieve healing: mind, body, and soul.
